It’s been almost 8 months since I had my little baby boy. I always thought I had the best posture amongst my sisters, I was the one who need not be reminded nor told “straight body!”. Until I became a mom.
It caught me by surprise when more people told me I was starting to look like a hunch back or “kuba”. My husband told me, my sister told me, and another aunt told me. WOW. I never had so many people become concerned of my posture then I realized I was indeed sitting and standing with my back curved. Maybe it’s because of my awkward milking big mammary glands that I prevent from getting attention. Also, Ashton is getting heavier, I carry him 90% of the time. The daddy cannot bear to carry him for more than 5 seconds, seriously. He should really consider vitamins for weight loss if he wants to enjoy fatherhood. Me, on the other hand, should guard the way I sit, stand, and walk.
I get weekly massages but my back still kills me all the time š
Are you suffering from back pains and bad posture too?
