Before I got pregnant, I was going to the gym and practicing yoga at home. After finding out that I was expecting, I planned to practice yoga to give birth easily but was advised otherwise. Ashton was very excited to come out before his due date that I was ordered to have a very long bed rest period.
Now when moms give birth, they’d have to wait (as far as I know) 3 months before getting busy at the gym. But when 3 months have passed, surely moms find their hands full and have very little time to even sleep. When do moms exercise? I am eager to make time for yoga again, let me say I am not an expert because the only master I know is Allan Finger who speaks to me via a medium called DVD. Though I feel I’d rather use up that exercise time to rest or play with the boy. My other mom friends who want to get fit have been asking me if adapexin-p works, they’ve read online reviews about it last week.
