It totally slipped my mind that Ashton is just turning 10 months yesterday. I have been writing out that he is already 10 months old ever since March started, my fault! Yesterday I realized that I have to cherish more time with Ashton, soon we will be counting by years not months. Maybe he will start to talk soon and I will miss his silent innocence. Will Ashton get my sharp tongue? Eeep.
Ashton is now my package checker – he has the first dibs on all the press stuff sent to me
It seems just like yesterday as always, when he was still inside the womb. His father kids about his friends giving him cigars like la flor dominicana ligero as a tradition for new fathers. Weird really, moms should have all the gifts – don’t you agree?
Kidding aside, I am very blessed that Ashton is healthy at 10 months, still sweet and tries to eat my face, my shirt, and my hair. He can sit on the couch guided, and enjoy the Today Show with me every night 🙂 As I am working full time at home, Ashton looks forward to breastfeeding breaks and our evening playtime – so do I.
Fortunately, his skin asthma is no longer. Though he and I should still avoid all things chicken. Other than that, I thank God for blessing me with a healthy and well-behaved little boy.
I love you Ashton! (more than anything in this world) <3
