Plume Nursing Wear, Organics Asia, Inc., and Zen Spa Consulting invite you to learn the basics of breastfeeding. Learn from breastfeeding advocates and practicing couples whose passion is to help, empower, encourage, support, assist, mentor and teach other breastfeeding couples.
Topics to be discussed include:
1. ABC’s of Breastfeeding
2. Different Breastfeeding Positions
3. Correct Latch
4. How to Start Right
5. Lactation Points (for stimulation and increasing milk supply),Common Concerns & Problems and
6. BF and going back to work, how to hold and burp the baby, etc.
Admission is FREE but pre-registration is a must.
