Home and Living: Quick Meatballs with Sweet & Sour Sauce

This is one of those quick recipes to whip out on busy days. Frying is convenient but sometimes it just tastes very dry. I bought some prepared meatballs from Pure Gold earlier and I am going to use them for this recipe. Also featured are fibrous pineapple tidbits which are great colon cleansers as I’ve read from colon cleanser reviews.

Ingredients:

1. Prepared and frozen meatballs (5 each) available in groceries

2. 1 small pouch of Pineapple tidbits

3. Banana catsup

4. Sugar

5. Onions

6. Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Deep fry meatballs, cook them thoroughly especially if you are feeding them to your child.

Chop some onions (the more the better), fry them in a small amount of cooking oil until they are semi-transparent but still crunchy. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Add about two tablespoons of banana catsup, a tablespoon of sugar, and pour in the pineapple tidbits together with its juice. Let it simmer for a while and pour onto your meatballs. Voila! 🙂
