Lancaster Cavite also known as Lancaster New City is located at Advincula Avenue, Imus, Cavite, Philippines. It is one of the top developments that come to mind especially for new families and individuals who are dreaming of owning and moving into a home they can call their own.
My husband and I treated ourselves to a dream tour of Lancaster. Since it’s also in our hometown Cavite, going to Lancaster was very quick. For visitors coming from Metro Manila, Cavitex is the shortest and fastest way to Lancaster.
Lancaster’s Activity Center is open to the public this December, especially for curious couples like us who want to look at different model units. I took photos to share on this blog:
Briana Model Unit – Php 2,800,000
Review: The available units we saw at Lancaster Cavite is fit for a new family with maybe 1-2 children. If you believe that it’s not the size but the functionality that matters, then you will appreciate the thoughtful & modern layout of the houses – without compromising too much space.
Chessa Model Unit – Php 2,400,000
Review: For me, Lancaster New City model units understands the top need of new families for an active living space. A house that is functional, modern, social, but easy to maintain. The model units that we saw (Briana and Chessa) have an average size of 110 square meters.
Mommy Lace tip: Keep in mind that the photos I took above are from “dressed up” units. Lancaster New City also have showrooms for turn-over units, meaning how the units will look like when they are turned over to you, minus the interior design and furniture. From my own inquiry, interior design can cost you up to an additional 1 Million Pesos depending on the designer or firm you will work with. If you have the budget, I highly suggest hiring an interior designer to help you get the most of your new house and save yourself from buying mismatched furniture, appliance, and home decor.
Existing Community Features at Lancaster Cavite
Leighton hall was our first stop to arrange our friendly tour. It’s also the community’s club house with several function halls and recreational areas like the swimming pool. The weather was cold so we enjoyed a cup of Amadeo coffee at the coffee shop.

When we visited, ProFriends Inc. which is the developer behind Lancaster New City was having a surprise gift-giving activity to their homeowners. According to the event host, the special gift giving activity is just one of many ways that ProFriends Inc. delivers true happiness and care to its residents.

Church of the Holy Family is just across Leighton hall, it’s my first time to see it in real-life after seeing it featured on television. The Church is both grand and modern, anyone can’t help but imagine having their own wedding here. Most of the newly weds also rent the function rooms at Leighton Hall as a convenient venue for their reception.
The Activity Center is where residents are already enjoying FREE Zumba classes every Saturday and where the model units can be viewed. Inside the office, you can try the Home Calculator where you can input your income and check monthly amortization prices. In short, find out if you can afford your dream home.
I hope they make this home calculator available at their website.
St. Edward Schools is the educational institution within the Lancaster estate. Right now, there are already 2 schools in operation that are exclusive for the residents. The idea is for the students to be able to walk safely and conveniently to school. In our experience, having a school within the neighborhood or village saves a lot of time, money, and worry.
The Square is Lancaster’s commercial building with its own supermarket, restaurants, and shops. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner in one of the restaurants here before heading home.
Overall, we enjoyed our dream tour of Lancaster Cavite. It’s easier to imagine having your own home when you have the right information and when you’ve step foot inside your dream house/model unit. It’s also helpful to ask residents about their experience as well as to personally visit community features yourself and not just rely on brochures. This way, you become steps closer to owning your dream home whether to live in or as an investment for the future.
I hope you find this helpful Mommy!
