Here’s a new option for mothers who want to increase and improve breast milk production. Mor-C-Vit is similar to Natalac in that both are made with malunggay leaves. The difference is this:
Mor-C-Vit contains 350mg of malunggay leaves
Natalac contains 250 mg of malunggay leaves
Mor-C-Vit contains 100mg more malunggay leaves than Natalac which I also took while breastfeeding.
My son is now 5 years old but I started taking Mor-C-Vit as a natural supplement for a different purpose, to meet the nutritional gap in my diet and strengthen my immunity especially after working out at the gym.
Research show that more than 90 minutes of high-intensity endurance exercise can make a person susceptible to illness for up to 72 hours after the workout.
Mor-C-Vit benefits:
- Strengthens immune system
- Speeds up metabolism and enhances digestion
- Helps lower high blood sugar levels
- Enhances production and quality of breast milk in lactating mothers
- Boosts energy without stimulants
- Helps in balancing the cholesterol levels in the body
I am curious if Mor-C-Vit will still increase my milk production, I will update this mommy blog when I finish my first pack. The 10+1 free Mor-C-Vit pack is available at Mercury Drug stores, P11 per capsule.
Here’s how I take all my supplements:
1. Easy Pha-Max wheatgrass powder right after waking up
2. Mor-C-Vit after breakfast
3. Workout day: Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein 30 minutes before training session
Malunggay leaves are already a great source of potassium, calcium, protein, iron, Vitamin A, zinc, essential Amino Acids and Vitamin B. For now, I will take this instead of a multivitamin and look out for health improvements. Being serious about supplements and nutrition is one of my top resolutions for 2016. How about you?
Stay healthy Mommy!
