I heavily snored when I was pregnant but I believe that was due to my lungs being squeezed somewhere else whilst the baby was growing inside. My husband, however, is a regular snore-r. It could be because of his weight and wrong breathing patterns. I came across “anti-snore” products like this one I saw in True Value.
It is different from snoring nose strips which were also available. This looks less obvious and can be re-used up to 30 times. I am wishing this will work so we can sleep in one bed in peace, without me nudging him or pushing him out to the next room.
This product can also be handy for pregnant women who snore. It’s scented with Eucalyptus which also helps to relax tensed and stressed bodies. The only thing I noticed about this product is that it looks old and I am sure there are other high-technology snoring solutions.
Should this not be available for you, try to change your sleeping position – with pillows or without pillows. I’ve also seen pillows for the belly which is a main concern for pregnant women because they don’t want to squish their babies while sleeping.
Stress is a main culprit of snoring and so be sure to relax well before hitting the sack. Try using fragrant oils like eucalyptus or lavender using a diffuser like Airoma. Check first if the oils of your choice won’t get in the way of your pregnancy.
